iPad Air 2 runs Fallout 2 and Diablo 2 on Windows 98 via emulator

An iPad Air 2 user managed to run Windows 98 on his tablet and start the game Fallout 2. It can also run other old games, but it is unclear how smoothly the games can be played.

Reddit user 8bitsince86 announced his successful attempt to run Windows 98 and Fallout 2 and posted a video to prove it. He used a jailbroken iPad Air 2 running iOS 8.1.2 in conjunction with the Dosbox-based emulator Dospad. Through a batch file, he can choose different games, including Diablo 2, Wasteland and Master of Magic. The user has put instructions for his configurations online. Incidentally, it is unclear how smoothly the games run; the video ends when the game actually starts.
