Download Google Chrome 6.0.472.53

It was exactly this week two years ago that Google has released the first version of its web browser Chrome. To celebrate, version 6.0.472.53 has been released for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X. Google Chrome is available in three different versions, namely stable, beta and dev. Development versions are still in an early stage of development and are therefore the least stable. In addition to the necessary bug and security fixes, version 6 includes a refreshed user interface, forms can be filled in automatically and autofill data and existences can be synchronized with other versions of Google Chrome. In addition, improvements have been made regarding performance and stability.

Stable and Beta Channel Updates

Google Chrome 6.0.472.53 has been released to the stable and beta channels for Windows, Mac, and Linux. Updates from the previous stable release include:

• Updated UI
• Form Autofill
• Syncing of extensions and Autofill data
• Increased speed and stability
