Download PS3 Media Server 1.10.5

Last Tuesday a small update of PS3 Media Server was released. This program is written in Java dlna-compliant UPnP Media Server for Sony’s PlayStation 3. PS3 Media Server is available for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X and allows audio and video streaming to the PS3. More information about the possibilities of this program can be found at this page, which also shows some screenshots. Version 1.10.5 fixes six issues discovered since the release of version 1.10.1:

Fixes:

• Regression in FLAC playback
• Fixed subtitles font detection on Windows
• Flaw in the transcode/remux buffer, in some cases, the video stopped after a few minutes
• Cache bug when streaming web medias
• Duplicate items issue on Linux
• Upnp alive message sent sooner at the start of the server
