Nvidia has released new stable GeForce/Ion drivers. The drivers are version number 347.25 WHQL and are suitable for Windows Vista and higher, with separate downloads as usual for 32bit and 64bit environments. The new drivers add support for the GeForce GTX 960 and the game Dying Light, among other things.
