Download NetLimiter 4.0.2.0

After several test versions, Locktime Software has now released the final release of NetLimiter version 4. With this program all incoming and outgoing network and internet traffic can be monitored. Those who purchased a license for version 3 after October 2012 can upgrade for free. The changelog for this release looks like this:
