Download VLC for Android 0.9.9 Beta

A new version of the media player VLC for Android has been released. Unlike the laptop and desktop version, the Android version still ships under the beta flag. However, the operation is the same, it can play almost every imaginable format of audio and video, without being dependent on external codecs. In version 0.9.9 some issues have been fixed, the program can now be installed as a system app and the translations have been updated.
