Locktime Software has released version 4.0.6.0 of NetLimiter, a test version. With this program, all incoming and outgoing network and internet traffic can be monitored. In addition, the maximum bandwidth to be used per application can also be specified. Those who purchased a license for version 3 after October 2012 can upgrade for free.
