Google provides test version Chrome support for Touch Bar on MacBook Pro
Google has built support for the Touch Bar on the MacBook Pro in the Canary build of Chrome 58. As a result, users can use the browser to open a new tab via a button on the OLED screen or select the url bar.
The Touch Bar in Chrome is static and does not change when the user opens a new tab, notes 9to5 Mac. There are, among other things, buttons to add a website to favorites or to reload, as can be seen from the screenshot that the site has placed.
The support for the Touch Bar is in the Canary build of Chrome 58 for macOS. This makes it obvious that the function will be in the stable release of the browser in a few months. It usually takes a while before functions from the test version reach all users.
Apple put the Touch Bar in the two most expensive versions of the MacBook Pro that came out last fall. It is a strip containing a touch-sensitive OLED screen that replaces the function keys above the keyboard.
