Download NewsBin Pro 6.40 build 2051 RC 3

The third release candidate of version 6.40 of NewsBin Pro has become available. With this program files – such as photos, movies and programs – can be retrieved from usenet. New in version 6.40 is, among other things, that nzb files placed in a specific folder are automatically picked up. Furthermore, improvements have been made to the autopar function. The changelog for this release can be found below.

• Reorganized startup tasks to reduce delay when you launch Newsbin
• Removed the ability to disable search filters. Fixes situation where search filters wouldn’t work.
• Changes to the path picker. It’s better to get you close to the last path you picked.
• Changes to allow more strings to be translated for non-English languages.
• Changes to allow more space for translated strings so they don’t overlap on non-English versions.
• Fixed issue where the Proxy button (Server Options) wasn’t getting disabled when the server was disabled.
• Fixed issue where Windows shutdown tag (Advanced tab) wasn’t getting grayed out when it was disabled.
• Fixed issue in the Search tab where column sizes were changing on their own.
