Phanteks unveils Evolv X2 case with three glass panels

Phanteks showed several new enclosures during Computex 2024. This includes the Evolv X2 housing, the front and both sides of which are made of glass. The housing is expected to be released around October for an unknown suggested retail price.

The glass sides of the Evolv X2 make the interior of the case clearly visible. The housing also has aluminum interior panels and a cut-out for three 120mm fans, which are recessed into the bottom of the chassis. The motherboard tray also contains cable ducts to conceal PSU cables. The case also supports 'cableless' motherboards.

Phanteks also shows the Eclipse G400A and G400N, which are improved versions of the P400(A). The cases contain a different mesh on the front that should provide better airflow. Behind the motherboard tray are integrated cable management channels.

The G400N is the more high-end version of the two. This housing comes with a hub for the Phanteks Nexlinq system, which allows fans to be connected together. This housing also has glass side panels on both sides, where the G400A only has a glass panel on the left side. The G400A will cost 99.90 euros, the G400N will cost 129.90 euros. It is still unknown when they will appear.

Finally, Phanteks has announced MKII versions of the NV5 and NV9. Both cases look a lot like their predecessors, the NV5 and NV9. The main difference between the MKII versions and the earlier variants is that these cases support motherboards with power connectors on the back.

The NV5 MKII will be available for 110 euros. THE NV9 MKII will cost 250 euros. No release date has been announced yet.
