Realme GT 2 Pro smartphone with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 costs 750 euros

The starting price of the GT 2 Pro from realme, with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 from Qualcomm, is 750 euros. The GT 2 smartphone, which contains a Snapdragon 888, will receive a starting price of 500 euros in Europe. The manufacturer also releases realme Buds headsets in Europe.

European customers can order the GT 2 Pro in the short term for a starting price of 750 euros, realme announced during the European introduction of the device during the Mobile World Congress. This concerns the variant with 8GB of Lpddr5 memory and 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The version with 12GB of memory and 256GB of storage costs 850 euros. The GT 2 Pro is one of the first smartphones to come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. Qualcomm announced this soc last December. The processor has a Cortex X2 core running at 3GHz, three Cortex A710 cores running at 2.5GHz and four frugal Cortex A510 cores running at 1.8GHz.

Realme announced the GT 2 Pro for its home country of China in early January. The smartphone has a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz and a resolution of 3216×1440 pixels. The smartphone has three cameras: a primary camera with a 50-megapixel sensor, the Sony IMX766, a secondary camera with a 150-degree ultra-wide angle lens and a 2-megapixel macro camera.

The GT 2 from realme has a smaller screen at 6.62 inches and the resolution is also lower at 2400×1080 pixels. The soc is the Snapdragon 888 and this device also has three cameras, but instead of the camera with an ultra-wide angle lens, there is a lens with an angle of view of 119 degrees. The price of the version with 8GB ram and 128GB storage is 550 euros, that of the variant with 12GB ram and 256GB storage is 600 euros.

Finally, realme announces that its Buds Air 3 headset with noise canceling will cost 60 euros and the Buds Q2s will be available in stores for 30 euros.
