Innr introduces two switches for smart lighting
Innr has shown two smart switches for smart lighting. With the switches it is possible to switch the lighting on and off without having to use the Innr app. Innr Wifi and Zigbee lamps are supported.
The first switch, called the Smart Button, is a single, round button that turns on lights in a cluster. Via the Innr app and Innr Bridge it should be possible for users to set up to five ‘lighting routines’, which can be switched between by double pressing the button. When the button is pressed, the lamps dim or shine brighter.
With the second switch, Remote Control, smart lamps can be controlled with five buttons. The top button allows users to brighten lights, and the bottom one dims them. The left and right buttons change the light colors. The middle button turns the lamp on or off. Five routines can also be set with this lamp with the Innr Bridge and app.
Both switches are available immediately for twenty euros and can be linked with Philips Hue and Samsung SmartThings. Both switches also come with a wall plate, with which they can be hung. Because they are magnetic, it is also possible to stick the switches on another metal surface.
Update, January 12, 09:50: Added additional information about the hanging options of the switches.
