MSI shows Gaming and Prestige laptops with Intel i9 processors

MSI has shown new models for the Gaming and Prestige lines. The laptops get an Intel Core i9 processor and video cards from the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1600 series. MSI does not disclose anything about prices and availability in the Benelux.

The MSI GP75 Leopard gets an Intel Core i7 processor and a GeForce RTX 2060 video card. This 17.3″ laptop has a full-HD IPS screen with a refresh rate of 144Hz. The laptop has room for an m2 SSD and a 2.5″ HDD. The gray laptop also comes in versions with other specifications, MSI does not yet report what specifications these will be. The keyboard is from SteelSeries and has RGB lighting. The laptop measures 397×268.5x29mm and weighs 2.6kg.

There will also be new models of the GF75 Thin and GF63 Thin. These laptops come with an Intel Core i7 processor and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 video card. Both laptops have a full-HD IPS screen, that of the GF63 is 15.6 “in size, the GF75 is 17.3″ in size. Both laptops have space for an m2 SSD and a 2.5” HDD. The GF63 Thin measures 359x254x21.7mm and weighs 1.86kg. The GF75 Thin is larger at 397x260x23mm and weighs 2.2kg. The same applies here. the laptops in versions come with different specifications, but that MSI has not yet announced what specifications those will be.

The P75 Creator and P65 Creator are also getting an upgrade. These laptops are equipped with an Intel Core i9 processor. The graphics power will also be updated, the laptops will be available with an Nvidia Geforce RTX 2070 Max-Q, an RTX 2060 or a GTX 1660Ti Max-Q. Other versions of these laptops are also supplied with other, as yet unknown specifications.

With the P65 model, consumers can choose what 15.6″ screen they want, one with a full HD or 4K resolution. The P75 is a 17.3″ screen with a full HD resolution. Both laptops get an IPS screen. The P65 has space for two m2 SSDs, the P75 fits three m2 SSDs. The larger laptop measures 396.1×259.5×18.95mm and weighs 2.2kg, while the P65 measures 257.7×247.7×17.9mm and weighs 1.9kg. Finally, MSI reports that the previously announced MSI GS75 Stealth and GS65 Stealth also come with an Intel Core i9 processor.
