NZXT, a Taiwanese manufacturer of enclosures and components, may be making monitors. The company is looking for an engineer who will be responsible for developing monitors for desktops in a vacancy.

The NZXT vacancy is on a HR company website. The text states that the Taiwanese manufacturer is looking for a Display/Monitor Engineering Lead, Principal Engineer. The person sought will be responsible for developing and qualifying flat screens for desktop monitors and portable products. To do this, the engineer will have to work together with screen suppliers.

For years, NZXT was mainly known for its housings and PhD water coolers, but since 2018 the company has also been making motherboards. Several component manufacturers have recently started making monitors. MSI started doing this in 2016 and Cooler Master has been making monitors since last year. Corsair also had a vacancy online in 2018 that pointed to the arrival of monitors from that brand, but so far they have not appeared.

Such manufacturers all use panels from suppliers such as LG Display and AU Optronics, but differentiate themselves with specific features aimed at gamers or the design. NZXT motherboards have a minimalist design. The manufacturer could also implement this in the design of monitors.
