Download NetLimiter 4.0.19.0

Locktime Software has released version 4.0.19.0 of NetLimiter, the first stable release of version 4.0. With this program all incoming and outgoing network and internet traffic can be monitored. In addition, the maximum bandwidth that can be used per application can also be specified. Anyone who has purchased a license for version 3 after October 2012 can upgrade free of charge. Since version 4.0.16.0 some minor changes and improvements have been made.

This is final release which contains changes introduced in testing releases 4.0.16.0, 4.0.17.0 and 4.0.18.0. For next release we are preparing several UI improvements as well as polished Stats Manager.
