Mozilla releases beta version Firefox 38 with reading list
Mozilla has provided Firefox in a new beta version with a so-called ‘reading list’, which makes it possible to, for example, save links to articles for a later moment. In addition, the settings menu has been overhauled.
Mozilla released the latest beta of its browser, Firefox 38, on Friday. In the release notes you can read that the web builder has built in support for the reading list, an option that Apples Safari has been offering for some time now.
Furthermore, Mozilla has provided its browser with a new settings menu. This is now based on tabs, which should improve the overview. The new test version is also equipped with an option to share tabs and windows via the video chat service Hello.
The beta of Firefox 38 follows after version 37 was released this week. In it, Mozilla built in support for the Media Source Extensions API, so that videos on YouTube are now shown in HTML5 by default. In addition, Bing can now be used to search with a https connection.
