Download LibreOffice 3.5.6
Although version 3.6.0 has already been released, an update for version 3.5 of LibreOffice has been released. This open source office suite, like The Document Foundation itself, was created after a large number of developers left Oracle out of dissatisfaction with how Oracle managed OpenOffice.org. LibreOffice comes with word processor Writer, spreadsheet program Calc, presentation program Impress, drawing program Draw, database program Base and Formula, an application for creating scientific notations. Version 3.5.6 includes a large number of bug fixes.
LibreOffice 3.5.6 is available
The Document Foundation is proud to announce that as of today, LibreOffice 3.5.6 is available.
The 3.5 series is currently being maintained in parallel to our newly released version 3.6, and is dedicated to more conservative users. Today’s release fixes a number of bugs, and is the recommended version for all users of the 3.5 series.
