Burnaware Technologies released version 2.1.5 of its free CD and DVD burning program Burnaware on Monday. This program is available in three different versions. The Free version is of course free, but it cannot burn self-starting discs or copy discs. The Home version can do that and costs thirty dollars. The Professional version can handle multiple burners at the same time for ten dollars more and can also be used in commercial environments. Below is what has changed in release:

Changes in BurnAware version 2.1.5:

• New trial period is available (Home and Pro editions).
• Added tray icon.
• Added “Remember options” option to save preferred options and use it as default for all data compilations.
• Added confirmation message on cancel of burning process.
• Slightly optimized burning process.
• Fixed minor bug with boot DVD file system.
• Fixed “access violation in riched20.dll” error while burning Audio CD.
