The day before yesterday, version 3.0.3 of the DVD catalog program DVD Profiler was released. Originally this program was released by Intervocative Software, but the creator Ken Cole started his own business. DVD Profiler distinguishes itself from similar programs in that it does not use online movie databases, such as IMDb.com, for example, but a database maintained by the users of this program. The unregistered version has only a few limitations until more than fifty titles are added to the database, after which the functionality drastically pinched off. Version 2 users can request a license for version 3 for free. Furthermore, it is also worth noting that there is now a version specifically for portable devices that run Windows Mobile.
