Thrustmaster introduces racing wheel in the form of Formula 1 steering wheel
Thrustmaster has introduced a new racing wheel in the form of an F1 wheel. The TS-PC Racer can be set to a maximum steering angle between 270 and 1080 degrees and has the strongest motor of all the brand’s steering wheels.
The handlebar features a 40-watt brushless motor with improved cooling, which Thrustmaster says provides better force feedback than other branded handlebars. The power supply is capable of delivering a peak power of 400 watts.
The handlebar frame and paddle shifters are made of aluminum and the handles are covered with suede. The steering wheel also has six buttons, direction buttons and a rotary selector that can take three different positions. No pedals or gear levers are supplied with the steering wheel, but it can be freely combined with all Thrustmaster accessories.
It is not stated which devices the TS-PC Racer can work with. The name suggests that it only works on the PC. The steering wheel will be available from December 5. Thrustmaster uses a suggested retail price of 549.99 euros.
