Download iBackup 4.0.5

A new version of iBackup has been released on the Mac OS X platform, which has been given 4.0.5 as the version number. With this program you can backup and restore files, folders and applications. In addition, it is possible to back up your system preferences, such as time, dock, firewall, iChat and iTunes settings. The list of customizations looks like this:

Version 4.0.5:

• bug fixed: backups scheduled weekly 10.3 and 10.4

Version 4.0.4:

• improvement: faster quit application
• improvement: shows canceled if user abort process
• bug fixed: deletes folders to trash
• bug fixed: scheduler weekly

Version 4.0.3:

• improvement: translation to french
• improvement: shows “item not found” not by preferences files (because they are hardcoded)
• bug fixed: do restore of all selected files, particularly Safari files

Version 4.0.2:

• works with Panther (10.3) and Tiger (10.4) now
• hide iBackup at startup if set in scheduler, did not work because of a bug in Tiger
