Asus will sell its ROG Phone from September 26 in China. The cheapest model, with 8GB ram and 128GB flash storage, costs 5,999 yuan. It is calculated that about 753 euros. Whether the device is also available in the Benelux is not yet known.

There will also be a version with 8GB ram and 512GB flash storage. It costs 7,999 yuan, or about 1005 euros. Furthermore, Asus releases an E-sports Armor Limited Edition from the gaming smartphone. That special performance, of which it is not clear what the extras are, costs 12,999 yuan, converted about 1632 euro.

According to Gizmochina Asus has presented his ROG Phone on Wednesday in China. The different versions can be ordered from the retailer JD.com and will be delivered from September 26th. The Asus gaming smartphone was announced at the Computex exhibition in Taiwan in May this year. Back then it was not known when and for what price the device would come out.

The ROG Phone has a Snapdragon 845-soc and according to Asus they are the best chips, specially selected by Qualcomm, so they have a high speed of 2.8GHz pick up. The device has a 90Hz OLED screen and is equipped with a vapor chamber for cooling. Asus also supplies an accessory with an active fan.

If Asus releases the ROG Phone in the Benelux, it is likely that the price will be higher than in China. With 21 percent VAT, the amount of 753 euros would be 911 euros. The 512GB version would then cost around 1216 euros.
